HOW TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD
Call LifeSkills at 407-629-9455 to receive an enrollment packet. Once completed, you and your child will be invited to LifeSkills for a simple screening of skills to determine if this program is appropriate for your child.

Note: One-half of the fee is due upon signing the agreement to participate in the program, and the other half is due by the first day of class. These are private pay programs; insurance is not accepted and insurance claims are not provided.
